Paul Rogoshewski of Harmony Home Inspection of MA continues to provide home inspection services amid the current Covid 19 crisis. He wears PPE, carries and uses hand sanitzer and anti-bacterial soap regularly throughout the inspection process, as well as spray disinfectants, and observes recommended social distancing protocol. We ask our Clients, and Buyers and Seller’s agents to please wear PPE (masks and gloves) if they plan to attend the inspection. We also ask Seller’s to disinfect commonly used surfaces (door handles, bathroom fixtures, kitchen countertops and appliances).
My policy is still to strongly encourage the Buyer to be present during the home inspection (A picture is worth a thousand words. Being there is worth a thousand pictures!) Also, if any one participating in the home inspection, including myself feels ill and/or is experiencing any symptoms related to Covid19, the inspection will have to be postponed to a later time.

Learn to Master Home Ownership
Our homeowner’s manual is a great way to understand how your home works and how you can maintain and improve it. The manual is included with residential inspections.
This is “The Guide” to operate your home!
Written by Tom Feiza, “Mr. Fix-it”, the manual contains hundreds of drawings and simple explanations that describe the structural, electrical, and mechanical systems in your home. This book will give you the information you need to effectively operate and maintain your home. Tom was a fellow home inspector in Wisconsin, tours as a technical speaker for home inspector symposiums, and hosts a radio call-in show on AM620 WTMJ in Milwaukee.
